Pay-to-feature job listings: how the ranked board works and what you get for a boost

This board sells one thing to companies: a featured placement whose position is decided by a formula anyone can check. Here's how it works and how to use it.

The mechanic

You pay a boost amount (₹99 to ₹500 per payment). Your listing's remaining amount decays with a seven-day half-life — so ₹500 today is ₹250 in a week and ₹125 in two — and the board is sorted by remaining amount, highest first. Re-boosting adds to what's left and resets the clock. When the remaining amount falls below ₹1, the listing is still live and applicable, just not featured. The full rules are public and never change without notice.

There's no auction, no bidding against a hidden number, and no randomness. Two companies that pay the same amount at the same time are ordered by which posted more recently.

What you get

Placement in front of the seekers who come to the board every day, a real per-listing view and apply-click count (server-side, bot-filtered), and a listing page that's indexed by Google for Jobs and readable by AI assistants. You don't get a guarantee of applicants or hires — nobody honest can sell that.

What to spend

A ₹99 boost keeps a role featured for about six weeks before it drops below the floor; ₹500 for about nine. But position, not duration, is what drives clicks: the roles at the top of the board get most of the attention. Look at what's currently at #1–#3 (the remaining amounts are shown) and decide whether you want to be above them. Re-boost when your role slips and the applicant flow drops.

Why it's not free

A free posting tier fills a board with stale and low-effort roles, and a board full of those is one seekers stop visiting. A small fee is the filter. Roles pulled from company career boards (labelled "sourced from the web") exist to make the board useful on day one and are never shown as paid.

Paying

Payment is by UPI, card or wallet through Dodo Payments, which handles tax and issues the invoice. Fees are non-refundable once the placement is live, as stated at checkout. Promote a role.
