Yes — companies post from anywhere. The one rule is that a candidate from India must be able to take the role as you describe it: remote from India, or in your country with sponsorship. On-site roles abroad without sponsorship, and outsourcing or bench arrangements, are removed.

Yes. Browsing, searching and applying are free and need no account. Applying takes you straight to the company's own page.

As soon as your payment is confirmed — usually seconds — provided the automated checks pass. Listings that trip our scam screen are reviewed by a person, usually within a working day.

Boosts are priced and charged in Indian rupees. If you pay from outside India, the checkout still charges the rupee amount and your card issuer converts it at its rate.

No. The only way a company puts its own role on the ranked board is by paying to feature it (from ₹99). Roles tagged "sourced from the web" are ones we aggregated ourselves; companies can't add to those.

By money remaining on each boost: the boost amount × (1 − days since the boost ÷ 30), then by most recent posting. It's deterministic — no randomness, no auction.

30 days, whatever the amount: it runs down evenly and is spent on day 30. Paying more doesn't buy more days — it buys a higher position for those days. Re-boosting adds to what's left and restarts the 30 days, and keeps the listing live for at least that long.

No. The board is ordered by money remaining, so the top spot goes to whoever has the most left. The minimum is ₹99.

No. A boost is an advertising fee for a featured placement that is delivered immediately. This is stated at checkout. Failed or duplicate payments are refunded automatically.

Yes. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record: tax is calculated at checkout and Dodo emails the tax invoice.

Yes. They're counted server-side, exclude known bots and datacenter IP ranges, and are deduplicated by hashed IP and session. Raw IPs are never stored.

It's optional, but strongly recommended — roles with a stated range get far more applies. Give a gross range in the currency you pay in; it's shown as you state it, and for non-rupee currencies we add an approximate rupee equivalent so candidates can compare.

Use "Report this listing" on the role page, or the grievance form. A listing reported by several different people is hidden automatically until a person reviews it.

No. It is a promoted-listings advertising service. Nothing is won, there is no chance element, and every payment buys a defined, disclosed service.
