As soon as your payment is confirmed — usually seconds — provided the automated checks pass. Listings that trip our scam screen are reviewed by a person, usually within a working day.

No. The only way a company puts its own role on the ranked board is by paying to feature it (from ₹99). Roles tagged "sourced from the web" are ones we aggregated ourselves; companies can't add to those.

By money remaining on each boost: the boost amount × 0.5^(days since the boost ÷ 7), then by most recent posting. It's deterministic — no randomness, no auction.

It halves every 7 days and the listing is no longer featured when it drops below ₹1. A ₹99 boost stays featured for about 46 days; ₹500 (the maximum) for about 63 days.

No. A boost is an advertising fee for a featured placement that is delivered immediately. This is stated at checkout. Failed or duplicate payments are refunded automatically.

Yes. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record: tax is calculated at checkout and Dodo emails the tax invoice.

Yes. They're counted server-side, exclude known bots and datacenter IP ranges, and are deduplicated by hashed IP and session. Raw IPs are never stored.

For featured roles, yes — a salary range is required. Aggregated roles show a salary when the original posting states one.

Use "Report this listing" on the role page, or the grievance form. Listings with multiple open reports are hidden automatically pending review.

No. It is a promoted-listings advertising service. Nothing is won, there is no chance element, and every rupee buys a defined, disclosed service.
