Who this board is for
One rule: the role must be open to Indian talent.
Job seekers here are based in India or are Indian citizens abroad. Post from anywhere — Bengaluru, Berlin, Dubai, Austin — as long as a candidate from India can take the role in one of three ways:
- On-site in India — the role is in an Indian city, on-site or hybrid.
- Remote from India — fully remote, worked from India: direct employment, an employer of record, or a full-time contract with a stated salary.
- Relocation abroad — the role is in another country and you sponsor the visa and the move.
Not for: roles that can't be done from India or by someone moving from India, commission-only or "rate negotiable" contracting, or bench and body-shopping arrangements. See the content rules.
What happens next
A working apply link is required; a salary range is optional but recommended.
- You submit the role and pick a boost amount.
- It goes live the moment your payment is confirmed — usually within seconds.
- It's ranked by money remaining on the boost.
- Re-boost any time to move back up.
