Every role shows the company, the city, whether it's remote, and — for featured roles, always — a salary range. Applying is one click through to the company's own page. We don't collect your CV, we don't make you sign up, and we don't sell your data.
The board is updated daily. Roles have an explicit valid-through date and are removed when it passes, so you shouldn't find stale postings here.
For startups
Featuring a role from ₹99 puts it in the ranked band. Placement decays over a 7-day half-life by a published formula, so the top of the board is always contestable and old roles sink on their own. You see real, bot-filtered view and apply-click counts on your listing, and you can re-boost whenever you want more applicants.
Why the numbers are real
Public counters are the product's proof, so we count conservatively: server-side, excluding crawlers and datacenter IPs, deduplicated by hashed IP and session. We never insert fake boosts or show a company as a paying customer unless it really paid. Editorial roles we aggregate from the web are labelled as such and never carry a paid badge.
